The admins of these sites work hard to ensure that no libelious comments are approved. In order for something to be considered a libelious statement it must first:

1. Uniquely identify you as a person. (e.g. John X. Smith)
2. Must NOT be a statement of fact. (e.g. John X. Smith is a terrorist.)
3. Must be a statement made with intent to tarnish the reputation of said person. (e.g. John X. Smith is a terrorist.)
